BatPro Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BatPro platform – including the website at batpro.app, the mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BatPro.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using BatPro immediately and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of BatPro after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use BatPro you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BatPro is strictly an adult-only platform. We do not knowingly accept registrations from underage users and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately with funds returned to the deposit source.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, and automated entities may not register on BatPro.
• You must not be self-excluded from BatPro or from gambling more generally under any applicable self-exclusion programme at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. BatPro reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.
• You must register from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by law applicable to you personally.

BatPro reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing a reason, and to conduct additional verification checks on any account at any point in time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following rules apply to your BatPro account at all times:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one BatPro account. Holding multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names – constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BatPro login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. BatPro will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account activity. All bets placed from your account are your sole responsibility regardless of whether they were placed by you or by another person using your credentials.
• Inactive accounts. Accounts showing no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. BatPro reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
• Account closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting BatPro support at support@batpro.app. BatPro may also close accounts in accordance with these terms, including for breach of rules, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

All financial transactions on BatPro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BatPro does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on BatPro is Rs 500.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. BatPro does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• BatPro processes deposits instantly in most cases. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside BatPro's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal on BatPro is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• BatPro targets withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. BatPro may request CNIC or other documents as part of this process.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7.
• BatPro reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on BatPro. Additional sport-specific rules may apply to individual markets and will be displayed on the relevant betting page.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection on all markets including singles, accumulators, and live in-play bets.
• Maximum bet: BatPro applies maximum stake limits that vary by event, market, and account tier. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. BatPro reserves the right to reduce individual account limits if betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmation from BatPro. Bets placed during periods of technical difficulty may be voided if BatPro is unable to confirm acceptance.
• Odds changes: BatPro reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds on your selection change between submission and acceptance, BatPro will display the updated odds and ask you to confirm or cancel.
• Void bets: BatPro will void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the applicable result is determined, unless specific rules for that market state otherwise. Void bets are returned to your wallet as stake.
• Accumulator bets: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. A void leg within an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that leg rather than voiding the entire bet, unless the accumulator thereby reduces to a single selection in which case the original odds are honoured.
• Palpable errors: BatPro reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrectly set due to human or technical error (a "palpable error"). You will be notified and your stake returned in full.
• Result disputes: BatPro settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body. If an official result is later revised, BatPro will re-settle affected bets accordingly. Disputes must be submitted within 14 days of settlement.

The following additional rules apply to BatPro's casino, Teen Patti, and virtual sports products.

• RNG certification: All casino games and virtual sports on BatPro use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.
• Game disconnections: If your connection is lost during a casino game or virtual sports round, BatPro's server records the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Rounds already in progress will be settled based on the recorded server state. BatPro is not liable for losses caused by your network or device issues.
• Teen Patti rules: BatPro's Teen Patti product follows standard Teen Patti rules including Classic, Muflis, AK47, and Joker variants as described in the game interface. Variant-specific rules are displayed within each table before play commences.
• Virtual sports: Virtual sports outcomes are generated by certified RNG and are entirely independent of real-world sporting events. Odds displayed represent the probability distribution of the simulation and are set on a market basis by BatPro.
• Live casino: Live dealer games involve real human dealers operating physical equipment. The result of each game round is final once the dealer announces it and BatPro's system records it. Claims relating to live dealer conduct must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

BatPro offers a range of promotional offers including a welcome deposit bonus, ongoing weekly promotions, odds boosts, and special event offers. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published on the Promotions page.

• Welcome bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new BatPro players on their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus matches 100% of the qualifying deposit up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. A minimum first deposit of Rs 500 is required to activate the bonus.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to your BatPro account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rs 5,000 requires Rs 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is unlocked.
• Qualifying bets: For wagering purposes, qualifying bets are bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) on sports and esports markets. Casino bets count at 100%, virtual sports bets at 100%, and single-zero roulette bets at 20% towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Unwagered bonus funds are removed from your account at expiry without notice.
• One bonus per household: Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts being suspended.
• BatPro's right to amend: BatPro reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is altered after a player has begun meeting its requirements, BatPro will honour the conditions that applied at the time of opt-in.

BatPro is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all Pakistani users. We strongly believe that betting should be a form of entertainment and never a source of financial stress or hardship. To support this, BatPro provides the following tools which you can activate at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your BatPro account. Limits take effect immediately and can be increased only after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is paused for the remainder of that period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged into BatPro for a set period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent exclusion from BatPro. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of submission by BatPro's support team.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during your session summarising your current session duration and net position.

BatPro staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may contact account holders proactively where concerning patterns are identified. We ask that you engage with such outreach honestly. Full guidance is available on our Responsible Gaming page. Betting must never be used as a means to recover financial losses. Please bet within your means.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BatPro and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on BatPro under any name or identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with BatPro's systems in any way that is not through its normal user interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds for systematic profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be recovered.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or card game products.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or accepting bets from third parties through your BatPro account (acting as an agent).
• Sharing bonus codes or referral links in a manner that artificially inflates BatPro's promotion costs without legitimate player engagement.
• Attempting to reverse deposits after using the deposited funds for betting (chargeback fraud).

All content on BatPro – including but not limited to the BatPro brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game titles, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of BatPro or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any BatPro content without prior written permission. You may not use BatPro's brand name or trademarks in any manner that could mislead consumers or suggest an endorsement relationship that does not exist.

Permission to access and use BatPro is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a player on the platform. Any other use is prohibited without BatPro's express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BatPro's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• BatPro is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, payment provider failures, data centre disruptions, acts of government, or natural events.
• BatPro is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or loss of opportunity.
• BatPro's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• BatPro does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. BatPro will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Nothing in this section limits BatPro's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

BatPro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BatPro will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will display a prominent notice on the BatPro website for a period of no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not accept amended terms, you must stop using BatPro and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use BatPro after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Minor amendments – such as corrections of typographic errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details – may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the current version of BatPro's Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which BatPro operates. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of BatPro, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting BatPro's support team.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings as provided under BatPro's operating licence terms.

BatPro's decisions on the settlement of bets and the application of these terms are final and binding in the ordinary course of events. Disputes relating specifically to bet settlements must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant settlement date by emailing support@batpro.app with the subject line "Bet Settlement Dispute".
